The July 1 edition of the Finance Impact Department’s e-Letter has been published and is now available online.
This issue reminds councils about Friends of Scouting mid-year recognition and reviews the Giving USA 2014 highlights, which show that charitable giving in the United States has increased 4.4 percent in 2013 compared with 2012 figures. Also in this issue, local councils are provided with information on tracking fixed assets using PeopleSoft, information regarding local councils’ standardized business models available for review, the 2013 Eagle Scout Yearbook information sheet requesting Eagle Scouts to submit their photos and profiles, and the Blackbaud CRM webinars.
