Think you’ve mastered all there is to know about Scouting?

What you may not know is the Scouting U development team is in the process of expanding the Learning Center. Volunteers will soon have access to a trove of educational materials relevant to their roles in the Scouting movement.   

Just to give you an idea of how big this expansion is going to be, take the Cub Scout training portal for example. Since the launch of the BSA Learn Center, Cub Scout leaders have completed more than 450,000 training modules, learning how to deliver quality Scouting programs to Cub Scout dens and packs!

As part of the coming updates, Scouting U will launch new learning portals and specialized courses. The learning portal and courses for Exploring will be available in April, and the Venturing portal and courses will be coming soon.  

Get excited for the new Scouting U, where you’ll discover all the best leadership development tools at your fingertips. New volunteers will especially love tools like the how-to videos for simple, step-by-step learning aimed at new Scouters.
