Why You’ll Want to Join the Summit’s Staff Association

Want to be a charter member in a brand new Scouting organization? In the Summit Bechtel Reserve Staff Association (SBRSA), you can!

Joining SBRSA opens staff and registered members to a new way of connecting with one of Scouting’s most prized treasures: the Summit. It invites members to share their great ideas on how to make the Summit experience the best it can be and support Scouting activities through the programs and events held at the Summit. SBRSA encourages fun and fellowship and celebrates the hard work of its members in a variety of ways. Check out some of the benefits to membership below to discover what cool perks are included.

  • 50% off visitor passes during summer programs
  • Voting rights in SBRSA elections

How to Join SBRSA

Membership in the SBRSA is open to all former and current staff of the Summit Bechtel Family National Scout Reserve. Any person who is a currently registered member of the Boy Scouts of America, or who is currently eligible to be a registered member of the BSA and who has worked at the Summit in any capacity since it’s opening as a permanent staff, seasonal staff, or jamboree staff member can become a charter member of the SBRSA beginning on January 1, 2015, and continuing through December 31, 2015.

Fill out the online application to apply for membership.
