Dan Rogers Announced as the Scout Executive of Georgia-Carolina Council

Congratulations to Daniel Rogers, who will serve as Scout executive of Georgia-Carolina Council in Augusta, Georgia, effective May 16.

Daniel began his Scouting career as a district executive at Daniel Boone Council in Asheville, North Carolina. He moved on to become the council’s camping director and, later, assistant Scout executive.

Dan is an Eagle Scout who enjoys camping, backpacking, golf, genealogy, and time with his family. He and his wife, Nina, have one daughter.

Please help us welcome Dan to his new position as he joins in partnership with the volunteers and staff of Georgia-Carolina Council to deliver quality Scouting experiences to the young people of the communities they serve.
