Scott Seibert Named Scout Executive of the Blackhawk Area Council
Please join us in congratulating Scott Seibert as Scout executive of the Blackhawk Area Council in Rockford, IL, effective March 1, 2017.
Scott began his Scouting career as a district executive in the Mid-America Council, headquartered in Omaha, NE. He moved on to become the senior district executive and later director of support service, all with the Mid-America Council. He was then promoted to Scout executive of the Northeast Iowa Council in Dubuque, IA, and then as director of support service of Pathway to Adventure Council, in Chicago, IL.
Scott is a Vigil Honor member of the Order of the Arrow who enjoys being outside, staying active, and watching his favorite sport, football.
Scott and his wife Nellica, have two children.
