Brett Bybee Selected as Scout Executive of Blue Mountain Council

Congratulations to Brett Bybee, who will serve as Scout executive of Blue Mountain Council in Kennewick, Washington, effective January 1, 2018.

Brett began his Scouting career as a district executive for Grand Canyon Council in Safford, Arizona. He moved on to become district director in Yuma, Arizona, and later became field director, also with Grand Canyon Council headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. He was later promoted to the council’s director of field service.

Brett is an Eagle Scout who enjoys reading, sports, backpacking, and ultimate frisbee. He and his wife, Stephanie, have four children.

Please join us in welcoming Brett to his new role in Scouting as he joins the volunteers and staff of the Blue Mountain Council to deliver quality Scouting experiences to the young people of the communities they serve.
