Congrats to Cradle of Liberty Council’s New Scout Executive

On May 16, 2015, Daniel A. Templar will take on the role of Scout executive of the Cradle of Liberty Council in Wayne, PA.

Templar’s experience as a leader in Scouting is extensive. He began his Scouting career as district executive at the Hiawatha Council in Syracuse, NY. He then became the field director at the newly formed Hiawatha Seaway Council in Syracuse, and later assistant Scout executive with the Pioneer Valley Council in Chicopee, MA. He was promoted to Scout executive of the Burlington County Council, Rancocas, NJ, and on to Scout executive of the new Garden State Council, also in Rancocas.

Husband and father of two, Templar enjoys spending time with his family and friends, golfing, and camping.
