You can use the the recipe below to make the pancakes in the video, but feel free to make adjustments to fit your dietary needs, or if you just want to get creative.
Start with the batter
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 ¼ cups milk
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 large egg
Spice it up
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- ½ tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
Top it off
- Maple syrup
- Whipped cream
- Dash of cinnamon
This will make about 8-10 large pancakes.
