Illuminate Your Order of the Arrow Experience By Attending This New Event at the Summit

Are you an Arrowmen looking for a once in a lifetime experience this summer? If so, you’re in for a major treat because the Summit Bechtel Reserve is hosting a brand new Order of the Arrow event that’s only offered in 2016.

The OA event, Prism, is a four-day adventure program at the Summit that culminates on the same grounds where the Order was founded. The event is offered to eight Arrowmen from each lodge as part of the inaugural year of the Summit Circle at the Summit Bechtel Reserve.

The original Treasure Island Scout Reservation ceremony grounds have been moved and recreated in their entirety at the new Summit Circle. Famously known for being the birthplace of the OA, Treasure Island’s rich history will be well remembered at the new grounds and will even feature actual rocks and relics from the original site.

Your lodge will receive its eight tickets this week, along with the session dates. Once lodges have had a chance to submit the names of their attendees, a drawing for both youth and adults will open simultaneously for any of the unclaimed $180 tickets.
