Jesse Roper II Selected as Scout executive of Buckeye Council

Please help us congratulate Jesse Roper II, who will serve as Scout executive of Buckeye Council in Canton, Ohio, effective November 1, 2017.

Jesse began his Scouting career as a Learning for Life/Exploring executive at Dan Beard Council in Cincinnati, Ohio. He moved on to become the district director and, later, field director at Dan Beard Council. Jesse was then promoted to Dan Beard’s director of field service before being named membership growth coach at the National Service Center in Irving, Texas.

Jesse enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, reading, and watching sports. He and his wife, LaToya, have a daughter, Jada.

In the comments below, help us as we welcome Jesse to his new role in the BSA, as he joins the volunteers and staff of Buckeye Council to deliver quality Scouting experiences to the communities they serve.
