Pro Angler Tom Redington Snags First Place at FLW Rayovac Series

What a catch! Professional fisherman Tom Redington took first place over the weekend for the FLW Rayovac Series on KY Lake in Gilbertsville, KY, after reeling in a hefty batch of winning fish. And competition was fierce, too. The Series included a mix of veteran and aspiring pros, along with the best local fisherman in the region. But Redington took on the challenge like any Scout would.

“A magical day,” said Tom of his win. “I was so in the zone today, pretty awesome feeling on championship day being so dialed in. Got to talk Scouting a bit during the live Internet streaming of the weigh in, too.”

Now that he’s nabbed the top spot, will he slow down? Not a chance! Tom arrived at Lake Eufaula this week to continue his winning streak (fingers-crossed!).
