Take a step now to get ready for the upcoming 2018 Top Hands Conference scheduled for August 29-31 at the Washington Hilton in Washington, D.C.
And, don’t forget to plan to bring your senior council staff leaders as time and budgets allow. There will be many booths in the exhibit hall, opportunities to meet with key service providers across the BSA, fantastic keynote speakers, and meaningful elective sessions.
We hope you will join our Top Hands Conference Chair Brian Steger, Scout executive at Baltimore Area Council, and be inspired by our Chief Scout Executive Mike Surbaugh.
On August 27-28, there are also exclusive ScoutingU courses in leadership, emotional intelligence, and execution offered for Scout executives and senior council management at the Washington Hilton.

This year, we will finish our Top Hands Conference on Friday, August 31 with a lunch program that ends at 1:45 p.m. So, you will be free after that to spend time in the Washington, D.C., area (bring your family with you if you’d like) or travel home for the long Labor Day weekend.
